To pay by purchase order, Carstens requires a PDF or JPEG copy of your purchase order (PO) document to be uploaded for us to process and ship your order. Acceptable PO documents require the buyer’s name and address, shipping name and address, delivery information, a purchase order number, payment terms, and signed approval by an authorized person from your organization.
If we do not receive your uploaded document within 7 days of placing an order, your order will be automatically cancelled. If you don’t have a PO document, please contact us to pay by credit card.
