Artwork Requirements:
To ensure the highest quality imprint, please provide your logo or artwork in one of the following formats:
- Vector Files: Preferred formats include AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts converted to outlines.
- High-Resolution Images: If providing a raster image (JPG, PNG, or TIFF), it must be at least 300 DPI at full imprint size.
- Color & Design Guidelines: Imprints are available in black, white, gold, or silver. Imprint is limited to one color only.
Proofs, Approvals & Turnaround Times:
Once we have confirmed your artwork meets requirements, a proof will be sent via email within 3 business days.
- You will need to review your proof for size, spelling, placement, and color before approval.
- Production begins once you approve your proof and takes 4-6 weeks.
- Once produced, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information for your order.
Order Requirements & Return Policy:
- Minimum Order: 25 binders per design.
- Custom-Imprinted Binders Are Non-Returnable: Since each binder is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your proof carefully before approval, you are responsible for all spelling and text formatting.
